Wanting the characters to be underage is very, very not cool. Anyone who directly states that the characters be underage is completely uncalled for and troublesome. People would do well to avoid this as it seems as the OP has had much trouble filling this "Adventure". Asking people to play underaged characters is honestly revolting and disgusting and raises many questions in the eyes of the public.
