I'm a 45-year-old male who has been watching Campaign 1 Critical Role videos and wants to dive back into D&D! My first experiences were with friends, but they are self-admitted stats monkeys and I'm more of a character and story person. I have done some independent pro wrestling appearances, some character performances, and some one-shots with Goblins & Growlers and have discovered that my character voice is more about wit, cracking wise, and player interactions than "Look how my character feats counter everything!"
I'm hoping to join a campaign, existing or new, and have a story experience. I'm in California/the PST and work Mon-Fri. I also do photography for an entertainment site and do Guest duties at some conventions, so I may be away the occasional part or whole weekend. I'm a regular at San Diego Comic-Con and have badges this year, too.
I'm not looking to be a legend. Just to have some fun. I have write-ups for 6 character backgrounds with 4 more to be finished, so I am able to fill in different types of roles and have some good stories of how I've managed to make tables laugh at antics or tangents.
Looking forward to new adventures!
