Been playing D&D since the early nineties and recently got back in as DM playing Curse of Strahd IRL.
I still tremendously enjoy the way a story, cleverly told, pulls people in and emerges them in a world where they can do as they please as long as the DM agrees :)
I am actually looking to join a group as a player. I think I prefer a shorter campaign, just to get a feel for it. Would prefer a more casual group that is more about a laugh and joke and an IRL beer (although not too many as that impairs gameplay ;) )
Timezone is GMT +1, but on weekends I am pretty flexible.
OK well....."Alea iacta est" Let's see if it was a natural 1 or a 20 ;)
Hey Olive how you doing? I am a Pro GM and I have a couple of Campaigns that I run on my Community that could fit your Time zone. If you are looking for something shorter and casual we got Lost Mine of Phandelver being adapted for Wildemountat, at 6PM to 9PM GMT+1 on Sundays. If you are interested send me a message at my Discord: Gudiu#1007
Greetings there Olive! We are unsure how how late you can do Sundays, but do have a slot or two open if you are interested. If we did our conversions right, it would start around 10pm your time, and run until around 2-3am. Weve had a number of folks from GMT+1 join in our games, but ultimately, schedules change, and they are no longer with us. If it interests you, would love to hear from you. Details can be found here - https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/looking-for-players-groups/163945-paid-game-sunday-est-established-online-group
DnD vets always welcome at my table. I got a paid game going for the new Dragonlance adventure, entering session 2 tomorrow. I wouldn't say it's on the shorter side, to be honest, but if you have to leave the campaign early that's understandable.
Regardless, happy gaming and I hope you find the game that's right for you!

Hey there Olive Tomato!
I won't be able to make GMT+1 timeframe work, but I have been a player for Cucub and I would recommend his game tomorrow!
