Hey, I'm Jake the DM for our group, currently looking for up to 2 players for our group to fill out. The campaign is around 38-40 sessions into a 1-20 campaign we are currently sitting at level 5. This game is a pretty lore and RP heavy campaign probably about 70/30 on rp-combat. If you aren't comfortable with that, might not be the campaign for you. We run weekly at 7:00 pm EST on Friday nights for about 4-5 hours. We Use Discord for sessions (Voice Only) and Roll20 for any maps so no expenses need to be paid in order to join. Right now, there are three players and me in the group. There are some serious topics and themes along with pretty graphic descriptions and things. I'll probably start trying to pick people to join within a week or so, so if it doesn't happen immediately, that's why. I am looking for players who are willing to put in the time for a longer campaign.

Hi my name is Thorton I am 23. I have been playing 5e for years though it has been a few years since I've played.

I am looking to join because I have missed playing and had a new concept for a character.

The character I wanted to make is a human pact of the undead Warlock with the haunted one background who thinks of himself as, dresses , and acts like a grim reaper. His name is Rapere (that's what he introduces himself as but his real name is Jack and yes Rapere is just an anagram of Reaper). He is tall, pale white and very skinny ( almost skeletal) with normal green eyes usually, but when he gets into battle or uses his magic the eyes go completely black ( like looking into an empty eye socket). He uses a  sickle as his weapon and has a staff as his arcane focus (but I was hoping we could homebrew it and combine the two into a scythe).

Are you leveling up by milestone or XP and would ability scores be by point by, standard array, or rolled?

hello my name is Ethan im 20 yrs male he/him and have played dnd 5e for about 2yrs now i am actually a dm myself for a campaign with some friends so I don't get to play characters all to often which means i have a lot of ideas on the back burner like this one

i want to run a paladin of redemption and if that is a problem doubling up i can change to something else but his name is Kalen dusk the basterd child of a high lord of a city and being the basterd child he was not raised along side his half brothers and sisters he was raised in the personal guard of the family growing up studying literature and the art of the sword but as he grew to a older age he grew into mischief sneaking out of the manor with the arcanists apprentice to have fun on the town till he had to truly embrace the responsibility's of his family and officially joined the family guard and had to become a more responsible and dignified person and he whole believes that anyone can be redeemable no matter there troubles and that violence is only a tool used to get people to that point of redemption (and for the most part he will only kill if it is truly necessary other wise he will knock them unconscious)

What I'm looking for is a group that wants to have fun, but also wants to create a narrative. I don't care to much about combat, I love roleplaying a lot more, but when combat arrives I want it to be fun and exiting, not just mindless killing.
