For anyone not-interested in the Cookie-Cutter below: Greetings! I'm a (helpless) 5E Player searching for another Campaign to sink my teeth into. My name's Clarity (not actually, duh,) and I'm 20/M. I have a deep love for writing, lore, story events, and homebrew campaigns. I tend to craft unique characters that stretch outside the bounds of 'normal,' but in no way do I seek to powerplay or minmax/metagame with the characters I create. Instead, I like coming up with characters that have genuine intrigue and relevance to the plot. I have another ongoing bi-weekly game, but the schedule below is accurate and won't cross times. Looking forward to hearing from some of ya!
Game: D&D5E Group preferred: Online Experience: 3ish Years Location/Timezone: CST/CDT (U.S/Can Central) Availability:Sunday-Friday, 10pm-6am. In short, I'm looking for any/all campaigns starting and/or within these hours. Preferred role: Player Game Style: Looking for a rather serious campaign. A mix of both good roleplay, engaging combat, and rewarding story moments. Not at all remotely against running book modules, though I often find that homebrew elements make the standard campaigns much more engaging. Rime of the Frostmaiden is the exception, would happily play that w/o homebrew. I love crafting intricate characters and being able to experience geopolitical events/consequences throughout games, so the more in-depth and serious, the better! Expectations: I want to create a character that actually impacts the universe, with justification for taking up his plot of existence. I'm interested in being part of a group that has to endure this tug-of-war of decisions where angst among every choice has us on the edge of our seats. I genuinely enjoy crafting my characters in a way that they hold genuine intrigue and weight with their words, rather than another average-joe or overly-edgy schmuck; and I find that's easiest to do in a campaign with a dedicated setting and other serious, like-minded players. I want to get the true experience of being in a party and having our actions impact the world, immersion matters a great deal to me.
Either drop your discord, or message me here, I'll be sure to respond in a timely manner. Thanks!
