I am a DM who is running games on sunday, monday, thursday, friday, and saturday. I am running Out Of The Abyss, Princes of the Apocalypse, Waterdeep Dragon Heist, and Lost Mine of Phandelver. I know this sounds like a lot, but I have played or have been a dungeon master for these games before so I know them quite a bit. And my avalibility is pretty open as of right now. I can most times be caught between 9am-8pm EST. As for homebrew i'm fair, as long as the thing is not game breaking.
