Homebrew Campaign with a gritty realistic setting looking for players [Paid]

Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Online
Experience: DM - Veteran/ incoming players - experience does not matter
Location/Timezone: Central
Schedule: Weekly on Monday nights at 7pm (~3.5 hours/session)
Roles sought: Player (We have 2 already and need 1 more to launch) - max group size-  6
Game style: Gritty realism (low-mid fantasy), heroic, an emphasis on story and roleplay with plenty of combat at various difficulties.  Sandbox with player choice significantly impacting how the game plays out over time.

Hi everyone - I'm hosting my first campaign as a paid DM beginning this Monday, 4/17 @ 7pm CST. The game is $20/session (meeting weekly), and we currently have 2 players signed up.
