Hi,

I'm pretty new to D&D, and I need help with finish creating my character.
My character is a Rogue Winged Tiefling called Belial.
He mostly is finished, but there's some minor thing's that didn't make sense to me,
and I would love some feedback, and explaining.

I've been watching a lot of different vidoes on Youtube, and all have a lot of good information,
however it doesn't explain all. 

I need help with finishing my character, and to get into this wonderful game.

So if you're willing to teach me a thing or 2 about the game, or if you're a part of a group, 
then I would be happy to hear from you!
