I'm an experienced DM, been playing for fifteen years, DMing for ten, amongst all sorts of games, Pathfinder, PF2e, 3.5, AD&D, the one we don't talk about, and now 5e! Along with several other systems as well, such as Werewolf, a year long dip into Fate and Call of Cthulhu, and I've even created a handful of games that my friends really enjoyed as one shots and short-tern campaigns! I've got a current campaign that just let go an extremely annoying and problematic player, and then we lost another player due to health reasons today, sadly. My current campaign runs on Wednesdays after 5:30 pm EST, until around 9-9:30 pm. We're only a couple sessions in, so let me give you a quick run down.
The party formed in a forest clearing, hired by Sir Roderick Kedvar (an NPC I brought in just to take hits and help out in combat, he's pretty useless otherwise), in order to investigate why the lands around the area were dying, plants shriveling and animals becoming lethargic. The party found out that a dark mage had been siphoning the energy from the land in an attempt to resurrect his foul master, he was a bit in over his head with that one. He had constructed a bubble around his tower and had used his magic to fend off most intruders, but then the party decided to dig underneath it and pose as real estate agents and try to see the inside of the tower as an open house kinda thing. I ran along with it and the party ended up beating his absolute ass into the dirt. They looked into his diary, a really big no no, and found that he knew the location of two of the legendary heroes that supposedly died like 50 years ago, neat! They also found out that he'd been working on a disease that he planted in a bunch of rats and yeeted to the next town over! Oh no! So anyway, the party went to that town, found a weird old lady who gave them ominous words and also garbage, talked to a priest who went right to work healin folks, and got yelled at by the mayor. Seems pretty normal to me! Then they found out that the mayor's butler is a baddie, and not in the good way! They yeeted his ass into the dirt with the power of friendship and swords, and then walked around a sewer system for a while. They met Henry, the bone pile, Lil Henry, his steadfast warrior son that's completely out of his league, and Big Henry, the Giant Skeleton grandpappy. They also met an Aqua Dragon who was just trying to get his work done, but they're not friends, so we won't talk about him!
Anyway, they beat up some rats, found some loot, and went back up to topside for some much needed rest! One of the pieces of loot they found was a box that acted as a kinda teleporter of sorts, so the bard put a note in the box saying hi how do ya do, and then the box went kablooey! A demon boi walked out of a portal all angry like and demanded that his property be returned. His name's Zol'Gath, he's the son of the dude the heroes defeated like fifty years ago, an Overprince of Hell, and a real bad dude! Yay! So big Z took the bard down to hell with him after causing an earthquake to destroy the town! That's bad stuff! The party's kinda right there, so I don't have any more to give you, sorry!
If you couldn't tell from the story above, I'm not too worried about official lore, keeping things super serious all the time, or even the rules sometimes! I'm just here to have fun, and I know the other guys are too! We currently have two players, a Druid and a Barbarian, and I'm working on a third, I think she'll be a Monk. If you have any questions about this campaign, feel free to let me know! Again, we play on Wednesdays, from 5:30 pm to 9ish pm EST. I do have another campaign I'm working on for Fridays with my gf, but I don't have any details yet really. Anyway, I hope to play with you soon! Bye-bye!
I would like to join your campaign. I have played some pen and paper over the last 30 years or so, but not much. I am very familiar with the rules of 5e through playing video games and reading the source material. I have never played online. I have pretty decent improv skills, as I have acted and taken improv classes. I feel I could help your campaign and have fun in the process. Thanks.
Howdy! pro gm who's been playing for over 15 years here, 30yo and nonbinary! I love the ten or so games I'm running right now, but I'm desperate for more time as a player!!
If there's a decent amount of RP in this, if it's LGBTQ friendly, and 18+ only, I'm interested! I typically play to fill in what is needed in the party comp, both class-wise and personality-wise. I have a handful of new characters I'm dying to play, too!
I'm Altamirage on Discord, hit me up if interested!
Hey! I'm interested, I'm brand new to D&D and I'm hoping that this could be my first real game! Im roseabelle_it_me on discord, lmk if you want me to join!
Mildly experienced player, 37y/o. played a bit of 2nd and 3rd editions and looking to get back into things now. I have a couple of games in 5th ed under my belt. I'm a lighthearted person but serious enough about playing to not derail anyone's campaign. I am a trans woman but I don't require the group to be specifically lgbtq or anything (though it is of course appreciated), as long as no one is going to give me a hard time I'm sure we'll all get on just fine. Located on the East Coast USA but flexible on game times, I am typically a night owl so being up past midnight is no issue. I have read a lot of content but personally would love to get better at the role-play aspect of the game as I gain more experience.

You play every Wednesday? That seems fine. Do you use Discord and roll20 like my other games, or something else?
How do you feel about Kenku Rogues?
