I am a 50+ year old GM and module author looking to run a campaign around a module we have published (The Exodus of Wolfbane) as well as its follow up module (The Exorcism of Shadowforde) that is currently in development. Our company is Gaming Honors. We have several published modules and a booth at GenCon. We also run many game tables at GenCon with Goodman Games.
We have two players and need exactly two more. The games will be played at my home in Chesterton, Indiana every two weeks (Fri, Sat, or Sun TBD) as an ongoing campaign. Looking for in person players only.
Players do not need to be experienced, but they do need to be 18+. The current two players are 30+. It will be a party of four.
Chapter I (Levels 1–3):
Yesterday the village of Wolfbane was razed to the ground by a jealous king determined to find Shadowforde, the mysterious spellcaster who has aided the citizens for generations. Now you and a few dozen survivors are on the run, desperately trying to protect Shadowforde and reach his mythical homeland, Stonewater—your only hope of a safe haven.
The journey will take weeks, and the way is full of danger. Shadowforde is weak and ill. The king’s men are hunting you.
And you are searching for a legend.
Your peasants will become hardened heroes as they battle strange monsters, harsh elements, and the king’s cruel soldiers. You will grapple with mysteries, hauntings, moral dilemmas, and death-defying chases.
And what will be waiting for you if you manage to reach Stonewater? Take the journey and find out!
Chapter II (Levels 4–6):
The setting places the players at a newly founded island village that they secured after having fled from their village home of Wolfbane. For weeks, they ran from King Haveron’s merciless soldiers to protect Shadowforde, a mysterious sorcerer that is the lifeblood of the community. Many lives were lost along the way, but it’s time to start building a new home.
Local politicians vie for island resources. Traveling merchants look to make trade. Players help craft powerful custom weapons. Exorcisms occur. Personal demons begin to come back to haunt players. Shadowforde’s own personal demon beckons the party to descend into the underworld.
These, and other adventures await!
