(Community - Faerun MUD) New Moon Murders, One Shot

Game: D&D - Faerun D20 MUD, a persistent BBS server running a 3.5e game that leans into 5e (minus the subclasses) with a few select rules from Pathfinder 2e. We're as close to the books as one can get in a MUD and trying to get closer in order to be the "DnD MUD" instead of just another MUD. - To be clear this is a DnD game set in Faerun.

Schedule: The plot will be scheduled by EST but the day/time it TBD. Players can log into the game and run one of the pre-built quests we have or a prior adventure we coded in while they wait, but I will actually be DMing a One Shot using the MUD for players in maybe two weeks. It really depends how fast we can get at least 3-4 people but next weekend would be the earliest.
Roles sought: Players - The adventure was built for 3-4 but more are welcome.
Game style: This plot is mostly RP with the option for a few spars encounters before an epic final battle.

Plot Hook: Over the last three months on each new moon the someone in the city of Luskan has died during a recent string of murders. While such cut throat life by them minute living has been the culture of Luskan for quite some time there something is different about these murderers. Something very disturbing. Due to this the local Adventurer's Guild has posted a notice calling for help from adventurers. The reward is 100gp per party member and a celebration in their honor.

Additional Information: 

- This game is still heavily under active development and we're trying to build a community for it.

- Rare races from other planar like Fairies for example account experience is required so that they appear less common in the world, but they are there.

- The Alchemist Class from Pathfinder 2e replaced the Artificer Class from Tasha's Cauldron. It is just a better class and fits the setting more. Also no gunslingers because there are no guns.

- Yes the original code for the game is a fork of Luminari MUD, the owner of the game created that one too! We're looking to create a more role-player friendly environment which is set in Faerun and lore friendly as well as still somewhat compatible with the traditional table top game. Although please understand 3.5e to 5e was a massive shift and so some stuff may still be different.

- If you meet a Fairy bard in the city of Luskan named 'Hym Si'il" don't feed him candy. He is an addict and becomes extremely unpredictable under it's influence.
