Game: D&D 5e (free), 18+ (just more comfortable as I am old, 31, F, queer), LGBT+ friendly.
Group preferred: Online (discord or something). So what I want is either play-by-post (pbp) or/and a bit of voiced sessions if possible. Not a lot of the latter. I do not think I can carry a story through voice, but I imagine that writing a bit of backgrounds and interactions and roleplay and then maybe doing some exploration/combat in vc could work. We could be just a couple people or more. I always get overwhelmed at large servers, and while I try, I notice that I work best in smaller groups (maybe up to five).
Experience: New to DnD. Brand-new, but working on reading up everything. I would be very open to reading up specific stuff for a campaign, learning specific rules, etc. I am not very familiar with voice roleplay either (and I have an accent). That said, I am an experienced pbp roleplayer (my preference is 2000 char, discord limit per post; adv lit, but not picky about grammar, just give me a lot of fun). And I love Vampire the Masquerade, which, mechanically, is not *that* different. Still numbers and dice and making a character that is believable and fun to play but probably can survive. Plus lore. The lore of DND is my weakest point at this time. I have been playing ttrpgs for at least a year, I think.
Location/Timezone: GMT+5. Used to being up at strange times.
Availability: ANY. TIME. I mean it. Work from home and no real sleep schedule due to the hectic type of work and general life choices. 
Preferred role: Player. I do hope to DM eventually but I feel like I gotta know a bit first :D
Game style: I come from pbp, so I love the roleplay aspect. Character interactions. Building backstories (please yes please). Generally creating characters. Maybe some character development. If not, just tribulations characters go through (I do love some darker themes, and adult themes are not off the table). I enjoy dice, so combat is fun. Exploration is amazing but I would not be able to come up with exploration stuff, so... only if you can do that. Same for mysteries.

Hi, Masion! I'm so sorry but no. Thank you for letting me know of your age though. I would suggest maybe going to DnD official discord? Or reddit's r/lfg, they both have games for players under 18! I do think that you should get to play, I just don't think I am comfortable with people under 18 when I am so old (31 lol).
