Hey everyone! My name is Mask (I'm okay with giving my actual name once we start talking haha), and I'm currently looking for a game to play during the week! Here's some things you might want to know:
Game: I only really know how to play D&D 5e, and that's where I feel most comfortable.
Group preferred: I am fine for either online or in-person, though I would absolutely love to do an in-person game if possible. I understand it can be hard to organize an in-person one, but I'd like to try!
Experience: I've been playing D&D for about 5 years now and have a good understanding of the rules, but I do sometimes make mistakes from time-to-time still, and I might not understand every single ability in D&D, but I'm a quick learner, so I catch on pretty quickly.
Location/Timezone: So for in-person, I live in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. I am willing to give my specific location (or near it) to organize a game if in-person is what you're looking for. For online, I am EST.
Availability: So right now I am free on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturday evenings, and Sundays.
Preferred role: I have played both DM and Player, but right now I am DMing a couple games and would like to be a player to fill up some time during the week.
Game style: (Some information about what sort of game you are looking for e.g. casual, hardcore, roleplay, hack'n'slash). I'm looking for a group that loves roleplaying and doesn't treat D&D like a wargame. I'm hoping to build long-lasting connections and really delve into my character and learn about the world around me. I do like combat as well, but I tend to also roleplay a bit during that as well (describing my hits, speaking to my friends/party members, etc.)
