Hello everyone I am familiar with D&D however I have only ever watched people play so not as familiar with rules and such etc. Looking for a group that would be new player friendly and probably online as I live in a fairly rural area. I also do not have any of the books other than the freebies from dnd beyond so if I need anything else such as dice phb etc etc that would be nice to know as well. Thanks for your time reading this post and I hope to find a group of people to play with!
hello. My name is Toran and i play D&D with my friends irl, but i am glad to take on another online game. i do use a weird dice system but its easier and adds a bit more variation. Im in Florida (EST)
Is it all done via text or would I need a Web cam and mic....ie what type of chat program would I need and how would dice rolling work thanks in advance
In response to the example I would look around and then make my way up to the barkeep and order some mead or a nicely brewed ale.
