I'm willing to and looking to pay assistant DMs, as well as add another party of players to my homebrewed Campaign, where your character's backstory and everyday choices influence how the campaign is played itself. Game type: Live PBP, Heavy roleplay, where parties can potentially interact with one another in game
Availability: All availabilities are welcome, however, until we gather more DMs session are played on weekend afternoon and evenings EST.
Maps: Will be created using the Inkarnate program and will include world, region and battlemaps in time. Encounters will use a blank grid until then
Character flexibility: Once given the campaign link you'll have access to a large sum of source books to create your characters with. Warforge are banned

I can do it for free because I'm more experienced in playing than dm'ing and can't guarantee a perfect performance, so if the chance is given I will gladly give it a try and my best

That is still to be determined, I new party would need set up and find a reasonable time for everyone, 2 hours normally are how long they are. Mainly its just warforged but small tech advancements won't be bad
Also, not sure if I’m understanding right, but it would be free for the players but pays the dm/assistant dm?
