What level would the characters have to be and would we (the party) talk by chat or something else?

I would like characters to start relatively low level.  Preferably 1-3 but if you're absolutely in love with a character that is slightly higher, I am willing to compromise. The reason for this being I am still learning. And I have a discord server being set up, so yes, we would talk by chat. 

My character is a monk wood elf who is level 4 also what time would the session be?

I would like them to be In the evening MST on Fridays, Saturdays, Or Sundays
