I'm looking for a group to play in, is this a paid online group or free? I'm a somewhat new adventurer that is involved in an in-person game on Sunday nights, but the rest of my week is filled with boredom and I would like to get into another campaign or two online games throughout the week. I know how to roll with the punches or push the game forward.

I was just wondering if you have to have a year exp or is that just a perveance

I’m looking for a new group to play with. Post to play works great for me as I’m a dad and work from home most days so VC and video calls are sometimes harder to make for live call sessions.

I have about 10+ years of experience with D&D in some capacity whether it be DM, playing, reading lore related novels, source material video games, or home brewing my own content and campaigns. You name it, I’ve probably done it at some point.

I’d prefer to play a Rogue with a Swashbuckler subclass if possible, as I have a character in mind I’d like to play as that I once designed for one of my novels. It’d be fun to play as a character from one of my books.

 1 year exp. But that year was spent pouring over many, many books and spending hundreds of dollars. I know my stuff.

     I am interested in a play by post campaign but was wondering what type of schedule is needed? Is this live play or post whenever? 

I have experience playing DnD, but never play by post. I get the concept and execution, but still not the logistics.

Maybe a few details about your setting and what you expect from your players?

I am pretty lenient as to when we post and whatnot. I would prefer at LEAST once a day. I am a very laid back dm that is more concerned with the fun than the rules, and I try to adapt my campaign to fit players wants and needs. I accept people of all sexualities and orientations. I just ask that we keep real life out of the campaign. And while I am ok with some pvp, if it gets out of hand, or if the players are arguing with eachother rather than their characters arguing, I will not hesitate to ban them. I have a zero tolerance policy on toxic behavior. In and out of game. There will be nothing sexual in this campaign. And if something bothers you please let me know. I'm currently looking for a play by post game that allows use of the OneDnD test materials and CR materials to test out a character build I've been tinkering with. Despite being an optimizer I do prefer a roleplay-heavy/story focused game. I'm based in Norway and have 20 years play experience starting with 3.5. If the group will be doing published adventures I'd love another go at Out of the Abyss, but I'm fine with whatever. :)
