Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online (Discord and Virtual Tabletop) Experience: We've all been playing together for about two years, but a few of us have been playing longer. Multiple of us have a few years of DM'ing experience too. Location/Timezone: Our group is spread out between EST and CST Availability: We're looking for a game for Sunday nights Preferred role: We're scouring the lands for a DM. Game style: Our group has a tendency to roleplay a lot (maybe a lil too much). We like a balance between interactive combat and meaningful roleplay. The biggest thing we're looking for though is a fun story to sink our collective teeth into, and a DM that will give us a healthy challenge both as adventurers and role-players.
About Us: We're a group of six friends that have been playing together for around two years now, and we're finally trying to find a game that will let us play all together. Two of us have DM'd for the group over the past two years, but we're looking to find a game where we can all play together. Recently, we had a silly idea to make characters under the premise of "what would we be if we were in a fantasy world?" and accidentally ended up totally falling in love with the little party we made. We have a few small "special requests" that we'd like to make regarding characters creation, but none of them are deal breakers. Generally, we're not huge on homebrew, but we appreciate when DMs make their own monsters or specialized magic items when they have ideas. We're relatively easygoing and agreeable, and we're very much happy to help with worldbuilding or ways to engage our characters.
Who We're Looking For: We're searching for a DM that's interested in *collaborative story telling*. We have no interest in Dungeon Master VS. Players mentality. We're just trynna go on a fun fantasy adventure with our friends. We would definitely prefer a DM with some experience, as well as access to a virtual tabletop (such as FoundryVTT). We're not very good with theater of the mind. Most of all though, we're trying to find someone who loves to tell stories, and isn't scared to give the party agency within those stories.
If you think that you might just be the mystical hero of our dreams, go ahead and shoot me a message on Discord (@ashako).
