A few years ago, an evil necromancer attempted to conquer the realm in the name of Asmodeus, ruler of The Nine Hells. However, fate had other plans, and he met his match against three legendary heroes. Thiala the human cleric, Durgan the dwarf fighter, and Alaraeth the elf wizard Together, the trio waged a valiant campaign, rallying allies from all corners of the realm to face the necromancer's wicked horde. As they gathered a great army, hope blossomed, and the forces of darkness were vanquished on the battlefield. Unyielding in their resolve, they then traveled to The Nine Hells and destroyed Asmodeus themselves The realm rejoiced, for a little while, then everything started sucking ass again. The three heroes did everything you’re supposed to do in a D&D campaign. They convinced the isolationist high elves to join the war, they restored a rightful heir to his throne, and they toppled the dark kingdom, but those actions all have consequences. In the aftermath of the conflict, The Realm of Baelos found itself in the clutches of a morally gray post-war world that still has its share of problems, many of them caused by the very heroes who quote-unquote saved it. To make mattersworse, the three once praised heroes, Thiala, Durgan, and Alaraeth, have gone into hiding. Their absence has plunged the realm into uncertainty, and whispers abound about their whereabouts and intentions. In a realm filled with complexities and uncertain destinies, adventurers from all walks of life become entangled in the threads of fate. As they traverse the aftermath of the heroes' deeds, they confront a world where the line between good and evil blurs, where redemption and consequences are inseparable companions, and where the echoes of the past haunt the present. Now, as the realm grapples with its own demons, heroes must rise once more to confront the ever-shifting tides of fate. In this morally ambiguous and challenging post-war world, the choices they make will shape the destiny of The Realm of Baelos, for better or worse.
