Hello everyone!

My friends and I (late 20s~30y/o in age) are looking for a DM interested in playing a collaborative campaign with us. Like many others, we have been inspired by Baldur’s Gate and would love to play a game set in Faerûn! We have characters that we would love to see come to life in a long term campaign!

Some things we bring to the table & hope of others:

• Detailed note-taking: I am an avid writer and I take detailed notes during sessions to keep up with story beats and make sure everyone’s on the same page.
• Talented and dedicated roleplayers: We invest lots of time and energy into creating unique character bonds and letting them flourish throughout the game.
• Friendly and engaged: Talking about the characters and experiences and gushing about the game between sessions is part of the fun! Fostering a positive atmosphere and generating excitement for the next game makes it more enjoyable for everybody.
• Invested: we are dedicated roleplayers who enjoy creating a fun story together! I’d love to meet a DM who feels similarly.
• Punctual: Our time is all equally valuable, so we won’t make you wait nor subject you to no-shows, or anything like that.

Dark themes are welcome! Emotional storylines and in-world social issues are fun to RP. Here are some things that I would love to see in a DM:

• LGBTQ friendly and 25+ in age please.
• Open to SOME homebrew stuff (nothing crazy, I promise. Obviously the DM has final word on what goes into the setting.)
• Invested in telling a compelling story, weaving character backgrounds into the world so it feels alive. Ideally we would have a similar approach to the game and enjoy roleplaying together!
• Detailed narrations, lots of descriptions, the good stuff that makes the setting feel immersive.
• Discord + Roll20 is preferable, with a reliable mic.

We are cool with variant rules such as the spell point system (it’s actually my preference!), madness, inspiration, and other house rules & homebrew. If this appeals to you, please feel free to send me a private message and let me know the following:
