Hey there, I've had a slight interest in D&D for a while and after 200+ hours in Baldur's Gate 3 I'm determined to finally give it a real try. I'm also looking forward to trying out actual roleplaying in a social setting.
I'm specifically hoping to be part of an Online D&D 5e campaign, but I'm open to other offers. Can do both voice and video.
Personal info: Male, 22 years
Time Zone: CEST
Schedule: Availabe at weekends and all weekday evenings.
A little older at 36 but otherwise the same story, interested in getting into it but haven't for years, recently engrossed in BG3, now keen on giving proper D&D a go, plus wanting the additional regular sociable activity.
I've posted a similar thread yesterday (link in my profile) and have started exchanging messages with a few other potential new/beginner players in their similar threads. All appear to be in the GMT +0/1/2 band of time zones, so scheduling probably not too difficult, and looking for (ideally new/newish) players to learn together and a newbie friendly DM.
If you are interested in whats in my thread or one of the other ones I replied to, post your interest in those threads as well. If you'd prefer to jump in with more experienced players then no worries and good luck in your search :)
