new player.. me

new player wants to have their first game..

i'm fairly new to dnd, i've heard about it and already have my character sheet made, but i've never played the game. i have no dnd experience or friends so i'd like to get into a game where i maaybe won't get judged for being absolutely stupid?

i can only do online and my time is flexible, after 4 PM EST i can play. if we play roll 20, i do not feel comfortable showing my face. 

i will play ANYTHING but i'd prefer to be in groups, that isn't necessary but i'd like it.. ty

I have an opening in my group and the schedule is Thursdays at 8:30 pm est. I use a combination of Discord for voice and text messaging, D&D Beyond for character sheets, and Roll20 for maps and tokens.
