Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Experience: Any Location/Timezone: N/A as long as you can make the sessions Schedule: 4-5hrs Weekly, Sunday 15:00 BST (UTC + 1), looking to start Sunday 15th October Roles sought: 3 Player Openings (Starting 7th Level) Game style:
I have been running an epic length campaign with open world opportunities for over two years. Due to various circumstances some of the players have had to drop from the sessions and I have an opportunity to bring the party back up in size. Currently featuring three players and looking to add more to fill out the group with new ideas, roleplaying and having the ability to solve tricky puzzles. As the campaign is due to continue for at least a couple more years in order to bring the overall campaign plot to conclusion, I am looking to have people who are currently interested in committing reliably for the long term to bond with the group and grow the characters.
The campaign is set in a (MASSIVE) homebrew world being built up around them with the style being towards hardcore with aims towards character development rather than throwing out random magic items at the end of each dungeon. There tends to be a roughly even mix between combat and roleplaying, dependent on the current plans/quests. Magic is not widely spread so spell casters and magic shops would be considered more of a rarity than commonly encountered in each town. Be one of the few people to decide the fate of the world.
Running the sessions in Foundry VTT through browsers, but we can help if you are not familiar with how to use it, and we talk online through Discord on my Server for the game.
My D&D experience: I've been playing DnD for three years weekly on Saturdays and rarely ever miss a day. I understand the time and effort a DM puts in a game so I make sure I show up if I'm giving them my word that I wanna play in their game. I get annoyed just like anyone else when that one person keeps missing week after week.
I've played DnD 5e, DnD 3.5e and Pathfinder! My personal favorite classes are Wizard, Bard, and Rogue with my least favorite being Ranger, Druid, and Warlock! Personally as a player I utterly enjoy playing Intelligence base characters hence wizard being my top favorite class! It easily allows for me as a player to get invested and find information that I wanna know about a world through arcana, history, religion, or nature! Like it's such a god damn good stat.
Outside of that the type of player I am is that of a support. A lot of my enjoyment comes from seeing my players happy, if they're happy I'm normally happy. It's extremely easy for me as a player to be happy when that is being met. However, I do have a personal love when it comes to DnD and that's my DM treating me like utter crap within the world of the game. I love overcoming challenges, it's something about getting over that hurtle that makes playing this game enjoyable for me.
What sort of game are you looking for - Combat-heavy/Roleplay-heavy, etc.: I'm looking for a homebrew campaign that plays a role with everyone's backstories where everyone will get their own time to shine in their own individual arcs that will fold into the main story of the world. I utterly love love love combat! However, I'm a slut for some good or roleplay and can get lost in it for hours if the players and DM allows. Something interesting about yourself: Well! I can play the piano! I'm currently studying Criminal Investigation! Outside of that I really really really love pasta being an Italian!

Hi! I'm interested. I have no hands-on experience with TTRPGs but have some familiarity through watching programs like D20 and Critical Role. My Discord user is TheSnowZebra
