Average age of players is 40 +
Setting: The planet is Earth set somewhere between the intense magics of its formation (Magic levels were too high to allow for anything but the most legendary of beings to exist), as the magics of creation waned over a period of ages the first races of "mankind" roamed the Earth. Other planes of existence found little to no difficulty piercing the veils between worlds and the various races were able to perform legendary acts. Sadly, as wars ravaged the world, and power corrupted even the most noble of knights; the lands changed. Faith in the gods was the first thing to leave - as the gods failed to intervene in any meaningful fashion and the expanding empire seemed to be the only solution to a world bereft of the ancient ways of magic and faith. Your heroes are the last hope for a world caught between the ways of faith, and magic (the old ways) vs. the "manifest" destiny of a progressing empire attempting to "restore" order.
Players must have a working knowledge of the improvisational tools of YES AND, YES BUT, and long form improvisational storytelling - this is not Monty Python, SNL, nor the place for you to attempt to impress us with voice work etc. Serious campaign intended to engage the right players.
Theater of the mind: this means you must be able to imagine and not require the tools of a VTT in order to picture the scene. Any pictures or required tools for such detail are used when required and only as required.
As of the time of this post present party has room for 3 players. As long as the post is up we will be accepting players for one offs to determine compatibility with the other players. Once a cohesive group is found post is closed.
