As such you belong in said; one of these “Five Worlds” each unaware and self-isolated with one another. It began with the self perversion paradise world that was the very home to the deities and connection of each individual realm by realm gates, portals, and teleportation, as such with each continent's rule, and the beliefs of these realms many had spread in the shadows in whispers and conflict with each realm begun and of course a war between realms… “The Great Realm War” it was called, each of which had lost many races on both sides, friendships betrayed, and allies burned to cinder. In the desperation of the acts of the holy tenets and the acts of the mortals of these realms, the deities whom govern and breed these realms send angels and their children to rain their judgement and only in return that the fabric of each realm begun to dwell… So the deities had made a pact and closed each gates, portals, and anything to cross through the borders of their realms would be sealed, too much death and blood had been spilled, and the children and siblings who mourn would perish, as such once the realms closed each shattered and break apart to be an individual realm of its own purpose, and slowly memories of the existence of the realms started to fade and dwindle like burned embers into the skies of the night. Many of the realms grew in civilization, society, conflict, and some stayed loyal to the old ways whilst others did what was best for their own world. Much of the lore, maps, drawings and depictions of each realm had been sealed in to the core of each realm, whilst leaders at the time had safeguarded them, even others harvesting the secrets to themselves.
