New Dm looking for players (1-2) to play GRIM HOLLOW: LAIRS OF ETHARIS (time zone, CET)

Hello!

Like it says in the title I am looking for players to play with me. I have played some games before and know the rules but I would still call us relatively new to the TTRPG genre and dnd. I am looking for 4 to 5 players (Not looking for players now) that would like to play Lairs Of Etharis with. I live in a CET time zone and the games will be online on Saturdays, specific times can be discussed and varied. You will need to download both dnd beyond and discord if you want to play.

I do have some conditions for the players tough, in order to play.

1. Maturity. I would like for no people under the age of 12, this is because I believe most people below or at this age are quite immature and will make the game less enjoyable for everyone else. If you are under the age of 12 but still want to play, you will have to somehow prove that you are mentally more mature than your age would suggest.
2. Availability. You will need to be available the majority of the time on Saturdays so we can actually play.
3. Activity. You will also need to actively discuss times and try to figure out times and not just be offline all the time.
4. Respect. It should go without saying that you will need to respect everyone in the group and any form of disrespect or discrimination won't be tolerated.

If any of these conditions are not met, you won't be allowed into the campaign and if you don't uphold these rules, you will get kicked out. 

Sorry if you believe these rules to be a bit harsh, but i believe they are necessary for the enjoyment of everyone involved and for my own sanity. If you're wondering, I have no problem with new players or experienced ones and any other reason you might think of not being welcomed that is not mentioned here, I don't mind.
