Sitting atop a hill is a large statue, depicting a woman reaching both arms out towards where the sun rises and against her back is a man on his knees praying to where the sun sets. The statue is named the “Faithful Few”. Below the statue running down the hill is a town. Known for being an easy stop between a much bigger and well known city and the outer lands where most people bring in items to sell or trade. A town on the outskirts like this is usually marked off as being nothing more than a place to rest for the night. But many travelers do not come prepared for the oddities that live inside the town of Dhel. Namely the one that started the folk tales, the Broken Swordsman. Some think him to be a spirit of ill omen or an image of hope but no clear story is right. All that stays the same in either interpretation is how he appears. A lanky, ghostly man, with a broken sword in one hand. His skin is riddled with cracks that glow with a purple light, and people claim that his eyes and even the sword gleam with the same light. They say he walks up the hill to the statue, all the way across town, and then stands there looking at the statue motionless. Then goes back down the hill and disappears before the sun rises. This is the tale you have heard of the town Dhel. It’s also the story the drunk is telling in the corner of the tavern you find yourself in.

Hello everyone and welcome to Gleam of Reflection! Here's a little information about me before I get into the campaign information. ┊͙✧˖*°࿐ Hi again! My name is Juice and I'll be the DM for this campaign! I'll have 3 years of experience as of this new years. My longest campaign is still running and is just under 2 years old now, so I'm pretty comfortable with long term games like this! My pronouns are he/him. I'm currently in college on a speech scholarship and have done really well this first semester. This game will be starting during my winter break more than likely. I'm a big fan of the rule of cool and am excited to meet future players.

When? Fridays at 7pm CST, most sessions will last 2-4 hours.
What? DnD 5e! You'll be playing a level 4 character in my silly homebrew game since the world is homebrew a lot of lore for your character we can talk about and work into the world!
Where? We use Discord to call and play and organize everything, and we also use dnd beyond for characters.
Who? Well really anyone, I hold an interview between the interested parties of this post. The players will be anyone who I think will mesh well with me and the group I'm setting up. Experience has very little to do with who I pick.
