On the type of game you can expect: The campaign will have a strong emphasis on realism, role play and interaction. In order to accomplish those goals, the game will have minimal hand holding, be consistent with it's premise, and have descriptions that strike a balance between thorough and concise.
On the type of players suited for the campaign: casual was intended to describe a relaxed atmosphere, not a lack of commitment, nor a lack of effort put into the game. The player is expected to flesh out their character, play them to the best of their ability and be consistent with the personality traits they have determined at the start. Which is why it is paramount for every player to be aware of how they expect the campaign to play out and create their character accordingly. Players are also expected to be fair and mindful of other players in the group.
Every type of character will be considered if and only if they make sense as flawed, imperfect entities, as not even deities in the Forgotten Realms are flawless. If you choose to play a powerful being you will be subjected to serious disadvantages that will balance the game out.
