What makes this campaign unique?
Expanded Campaign Normally WDH has you face off against 1 out of 4 villains, with the other 3 never appearing. In this version, each and every villain is in the campaign actively trying to achieve their goals. Instead of having to rely purely on the help of NPCs stronger than your party, this version allows you to play a larger part. Seize the reins of adventure and prove to the city you are a group worth remembering.
Friendly Atmosphere Ever been in a D&D game where you’ve felt like you’re in a job interview? I have, it SUCKS. I used to be a player at my college D&D group, everyone so careful as to not offend either the fellow players or other characters. This kind of thing, is Anti-Fun, we’re all friends at the table and you won’t ever feel the need to be nervous.
Everything is Prepared No offense at all to my fellow DMs, but sometimes you hit a point in a session where you just don’t have something ready. Here’s the thing, I’ve playe-run these games before! Every single map of every single area in this entire Lathander forsaken cesspool of degeneracy, I have set up. Who needs static images and theatre of the mind when you can spend EiGhT GrUeLiNg HoUrS like I did one day, and put 300 maps into a Roll20 game.
