Roles Sought: 5 players is my most comfortable but can balance up to 7 players

All my time writing stories, I would always get writers block when it came to the stories mid section. Because of this I started to look in to D&D. The fact the players help fill out the midsection of the stories intrigued me, and after trying as a DM once i never stopped. 6 years on and i am still DM'ing and largely developed my improv skills because of it. My games are player focussed and as such i will interweave a players personal side quest along with the main story. i dont ban anything and i can almost always balance things before fights or players become too much for everyone to still be having fun. in an actual game, i provide scenes to show where in the story we are and thematic music. Using D&DBeyonds character sheets and battlemaps when a fight encounter occurs.

Title: To Kill A Hero

The Gods have each chosen champions from earth to be reincarnated in to a fantasy world after their death. This 2nd chance at life comes with one caveat... they must find out who this worlds true hero is, and kill them. They have foreseen the future and while the hero does save the world from calamity, with no goal ahead of them they change and destroy the world.

The players will have to choose a real life field (cooking, espionage, technician, etc) that their character would have mastered to bring that knowledge in to this high fantasy setting. But they will be born in to this new world with memories of their former life pertaining to that skill. This will still allow for great backstory and character quests within the game while having the isekai aesthetic.

Saturday session has gained a player and the campaign "the case of the crystal slipper" has been decided on. anyone looking for a film noir pre-modern high fantasy game, this campaign is for you. it is the one i have used the most and is fleshed out a lot because of that fact

The Case of the Crystal Slipper:
You start in Etherion City, a melting pot of races just trying to get by. At the heart of it all, corruption. A lady of the night and a reporter murdered in a back ally. The only evidence of a lead, an expensive crystal shoe taken from the victim. Will our brave adventurers be able to fill the shoes of the cities missing top gumshoe. Only you can figure this out.

1 person has dropped from the saturday session but we still have 2 people joined up. a few weeks is the hard set for when that campaign should start. let me know if you want to join the fun.
