Campaign: Storm King's Thunder (8th-lvl)

Player Experience: Any is welcome
DM Experience: A few years
Location/Time zone: CST - Central Time (I'm in Houston)
Schedule: Every other Thursday, at 6 pm CST until 8-ish (next game this week, Feb. 29th)
Currently, because gameplay is rather short, we don’t take breaks.
Roles sought: 1-2 Players, especially a cleric/druid.
Game style: Casual with roleplay as needed
VTT: Above-VTT (because it works best with my browser, my computer, and my ability to understand VTTs)

I am the DM, looking for 1-2 players in my Storm King's Thunder campaign.
We are currently resting in Silverymoon and at 8th level, before returning to the Eye of Annam with some spirit mound relics.
(I leveled them up early due to some setbacks in gameplay.)

Players can be new to D&D, though a little bit of roleplay-experience helps.
We have 3 players now, but I'd prefer 4 or 5 in the party.

There are 2 NPCs I have given to the party as “sidekicks”.
However, I’d rather have real players instead of forcing my party to play extra characters.

Our class-needs are:
some kind of healer
some kind of rogue
My NPCs:
A female centaur-druid
A male half-elf rogue-scout

Multi-classing is also allowed.

This game is online only, due to player-members spanning 3 US time zones (PST, CST, and EST).
My time zone is CST which I share with one other member of the party.

Casual style roleplaying when interacting with me, and I do like players to roleplay among themselves as a party.

The party we have right now consists of:
2 centaurs (male): a Barbarian, and an Artificer (Battle Smith).
1 High Elf (female): a Sorcerer

While the artificer can do some healing, it’s a limited ability.
The druid-NPC is my healer at the moment, and any new players could assign her to themselves if desired.
The same goes for the rogue, and I will share the character sheets with everyone so they can go over them before deciding on joining my group.
Playing my NPCs is not a requirement; I would be more than happy to leave them behind in Silverymoon if you have your own character ready.

My experience as a DM is, well, different.
This is my first modern campaign, though I've been a player online for eight years.
I started DM-ing with 1e back in the 1980s when I ran a custom campaign.
I didn’t run any games between then and 2021, so my technique might not be what some players expect.
I’m not much of a “storyteller” DM, preferring to just let the party know the situation and sit back.
It’s really your game, after all. I’m more of a guide and scenario-maker.

If you want to play a race/class from Homebrew, I'll have to research that ahead of play to determine if I'll allow it.
I'm pretty open to nonstandard requests.

Rules:
Almost no tech above human-style Middle Ages (I have allowed my artificer to ‘discover’ how to make gunpowder, but as used for nothing more than fireworks).
Players are asked to give a 3-day advanced notice if intending to miss a session.
