Game: D&D 5e - Play by Post
Group preferred: Online using Discord and a VTT for a battlemap (we've had good luck with Owlbear)
Experience: A couple of us are veteran players (like I've been playing since 4th grade lol) and a couple are fairly newer, but we all have at least some experience
Location/Timezone: We're scattered across the US, though I think most of us are in the eastern half.
Availability: Hopefully at least multiple posts per day
Preferred role: We have four players (maybe a 5th if we need it), just looking for a DM
Game style: Some of us prefer combat and some of us prefer RP, so a balanced approach is probably best for this group.

Hi all,

We're a group of 4 online friends who have been playing D&D 5e online in play by post format using Discord and VTTs (mostly Owlbear). The group has been together over a year, with a few of us even longer than that (a few years). I've been DM'ing for the group but would really like to take a break from DM'ing and be a player for a while. We heard about Vecna Eve of Ruin and decided it looked really interesting! A 10-20 epic adventure is right up our alley. We're currently running through Dungeon of the Mad Mage, but big fat dungeon crawls can turn into a slog in PbP format so we want to change it up and do this adventure when it comes out in May. I know we're months out from that, but I'm just trying to get the jump on other groups who are going to be looking for the same thing once it's out.
