Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online (w/ video chat if possible) Experience: 5-6 years with 5e Location/Timezone: New Mexico/MST Availability: Friday late afternoon and evenings, Saturday anytime, Sunday before 4pm-ish. Weekdays are possible, but depends on start time. Preferred role: Player
Game style: I'm looking for a group that takes the game seriously enough, but is okay with the occasional silly moment here and there. I'd like to find a group that plays weekly or bi-weekly with a regular schedule. Of course, everyone has a life and things come up, but I'd really like to find a group that is relatively consistent and doesn't have a ton of cancellations or rescheduling. I'm in my late 30's and would like to find a more mature group that is also LGBTQ+ friendly. I don't actually care what anyone's age is, but maturity is important.
I prefer games with a good balance of RP and combat. I wouldn't call myself an actor, but I do my best to be immersive with my roleplaying. I'm looking for a group that gives space to each player to have their RP moments. I've experienced campaigns where the loudest person wins, with a ton of cross-talk, and with the DM moving on to quickly without giving everyone a chance to participate in a scene. For me D&D is about telling a story together, listening, and respecting each other.
I'm primarily familiar with homebrewed worlds, so I don't know much of the official lore. I have my class preferences, but I don't mind being the player that balances the party out. The only classes that aren't really for me are monks and bards. I recently made cleric, but the campaign was rife with scheduling issues. I'm hoping to give my cleric another go and would be glad to fill the healer role. I prefer games with more balanced mechanics, but I'm not opposed to homebrew classes, races, and feats as long as they aren't overpowered.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. If there are any questions you have, don't hesitate to ask.
I am running a Saturday night game 7pm central if you interested it is a paid game $10 but first two sessions are free so if you don't enjoy no harm.
we'll have a good mix of roleplay character stories will have a lot to do with game. Its a Forgotten Realms Homebrew. lots more info at the start playing link here if your interested.
I have a rather large campaign coming up here (hopefully) shortly. It's completely FREE. It's my very first entirely home brewed campaign that I made from scratch. I'm definitely looking for players that love RP and combat as those are the two biggest aspects of my campaign. If you'd like any more info, please feel free to shoot me a message!
Hi Kayaotica, I'll be starting a new campaign soon (in the next week or two) and I'm looking for a new player or two. You're welcome to join if you like.
We'll probably be playing Saturday or Sunday mornings from 9 to noon (US eastern time). It's probably pretty early for you out in MST, but I thought I'd offer. :)
I just finished a second playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3, so I'm going to run Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus, which is a prequel of sorts to BG3. I think it'll be a tough but fun campaign.
We'll be using DnDBeyond character sheets and we'll use AboveVTT for maps/combat/etc. I'll also make a Discord channel for all the game related info.
I'm currently running a homemade mid-level Exandria module that is finishing its first arc. There may be room for one more.
We are LBTQIA+ friendly, and mature players of various ages. The game is a healthy mix of combat and RP with sections built in for characters to interact in different ways.
Fridays at 6pm PST. If you're interested, message me.
Hey, I wanted to say thank to everyone that responded to my post. I joined a game, but I very much appreciate your interest in having me as a player. I hope all your games go well and that you all find awesome players for your campaigns.
