We are a group of Dungeon Masters and story tellers looking to bring the magic of table top to everyone that wants more of it in their life. Within our group we have decades of experience and intend to use them to make sure you have the best games available. In-depth character creation and story management from the dungeon master side allows for players to really let their creative flag fly. Creating custom races, background, classes and more to make sure that your character fits within the world we are building together.
In a world that is getting more and more busy 80HDandD is here to help make sure that everyone can join a quality game. Different people run on different schedules, that is why we have different Game Masters to run at different times and days. To give everyone a better shot at joining the game of their dreams.
Why Paid Games?
Paid games in Dungeons and Dragons are becoming more and more popular. People want their time to be spent enjoying what they do. Free games, while able to be enjoyed, are at risk of wasting the time of the player. Paid game maintain a higher run rate with both the dungeon master and players being more invested in being at the game. As well as, incentivizes the Game Master to run a story that fits with the needs of the players.
Paying for your games of Dungeons and Dragons is no different than paying for a ticket to a movie. But with our games you are paying for four hours a week of a story that is directly tailored to you and your character. And with a team of Game Masters at your disposal there is no limit to the fun you can have.
What to expect.
Payment for games is as follows:
We are running a deal right now that the first 3 months of play only cost $60 per month. After the 3 months period when you for sure know this is a good fit for you the price will be returned to its normal amount of $80 a month. We only play 4 times a month allowing our Dungeon Masters to take a break on any month that has a 5th day of the week that we play on.
All races and classes in official Wizards of the Coast published book are free game to use. UA/Homebrew is fine as long as it has been submitted and approved by the Game Master before session 1 begins. We will be using roll20 for maps and combats, discord for voice chat, and D&Dbeyond for character sheet upkeep and rolling. There is an extension (beyond20) that allows you to roll on D&DBeyond and it port it over to roll20 and we have found it to be super effective. So that will be used as well.
We will work together to build backstories that tie into the world. This allows for more immersion into the story. We will discuss what type of game we are all wanting to play, where and how we wish to start, and if any of our characters have connected backstories. With this completed we can go into the first session with a running jump.
The first actual session and getting you set up into the game is free.

Puns games do run a bit more expensive due to their experience. $80 for the first three months to be increased to $100 after you wish to stay.

About the Game Master!
Hi I’m Kai you can call me Fallen or my name either is chill I’ve been playing Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition since 2014 and Dungeon Mastering since 2017. I really enjoy working on my homebrew world of Retha and I like to play full casters with bard being my favorite.
For the non Dungeons and Dragons side, I’m a veteran who served from 2015-2019 where I was medically retired I now live in Texas where I’m planning on staying for awhile with my cat Banshee. I work full time for a hospital (no not a healthcare worker but support staff) I look forward to getting to know you.
About the World.
This world is called Retha. It has two major landmasses Dearth and Rascen. It’s a high magic setting with mostly low tech(not saying it doesn’t exist just not common for the artificer mains). Dearth and Rascen used to be at war roughly 800 years prior to the start of the game but currently they are at peace.
Dearth is a human ruled continent and is where most of the tech is. It’s has a major religion based around the dragons and the king is the pope of said religion. Dearth’s current monarchy is only about 500 years old and they are looking for clues about their past glory and technology, they used to be high tech society but the when the war ended a lot of tech was lost due to damages but remnants still roam the wastelands and occasionally attack.
On the other side of the Ocean is the other land mass Rascen it is ruled by an immortal king who has been missing for the last 300 years and is being run by an elected counsel of 5 beings of different races. Magic is part of every day lives on this side it’s so potent it sometimes crystallizes. People can use these crystals as a power source for all sort of things such as airships, forges, constructs.

I bring a lot of experience as a dm(~6years) so I’m good for new players as I can help you with learning you if you want. I also can handle more experienced players, I also tend to let players do what makes them have the most fun so if you want to explore secret of the old world or over throw the government we can do that too. Heck if you all want to just start a business I’ll crack open the acquisition incorporated book and we can take over the potion market I like making my world Organic which mean the things you do can effect the setting for future games this will be an open world and I will work with you to incorporate backstory into the world. I know everyone has the choice in their dm especially in a paid game so I look forward to helping tell your story if you do play at my table.
About the Game Master!
Hello everybody I’m Ecko. I’ve been DMing for 2 years with my home game and playing in several others for 4. In terms of my GM style, I prefer to lean into the storytelling/RP side of the game. Creating a character driven narrative. The more you commit to your character and craft your backstory, the more I will be able to include it in the narrative. I’m more of a “Rule of Cool” GM rather than a “Rules Lawyer”. If something about the game mechanics prevent a really cool idea, don’t be shocked if the rule is ignored so a player can have a really fun memorable moment.
I want to make sure that my tables are a safe place for everyone that comes to them. SO there will be no toleration for hateful language or actions at any point in the game. Players will be given consent forms before the game to assure that everyone knows were the groups lines and veils are. These are to be respected at all times.

As a player, I enjoy chaos and bonking things. I'm not really big on flashy spells and fireballs. If I'm going to play a character, it will usually be a martial or semi-martial class/subclass. I do enjoy playing a cleric now and then or even a warlock, but those are usually for special scenarios. I also hate playing as humans and dislike playing as elves and dwarves.
As for me as a person, I'm an old soul and a free spirit. I enjoy helping others when I can and cooking food for friends, family, and travelers. I'm love video games and litrpg audiobooks. I spend a lot of time either watching/playing fantasy genre anime/video games. I'm huge on honesty, friendship, and loyalty.
About the World.
The world I plan on playing in and having players explore will be one riddled with monsters, cultists, small nations, entities of far realms, and problems that will always need solving by somebody. It will also lack a lot of heavy political scenarios and themes. From the highest mountains to the darkest depths, the coldest tundra to the hottest deserts, from the richest of jungles to the most barren of plains, there will always be trouble brewing, factions forming, opportunities arising, and legends, good and bad, being made. But what's a world of fantasy and mayhem without entities of immense and divine power? That's right, we're talking gods. From gods of basic domains and concepts to eldritch horrors of the darkest reaches of your mind, gods, whether they be good or evil, are always meddling in the lives of the mortal realm for their own entertainment. Playing games and making bets. Will you side with or against them and leave your life, your fate, in their hands; or will you rise to become the next god of the realms?
Why Play With Me?
Someone would want to join my table to have a game where their choices matter, have an ever-changing world, and revel in the chaos. Having voices for characters, NPCs to accompany adventures, unique monsters to slay, creatures to tame, and items to be crafted for their characters. A world where, whether it be good or bad, light or dark, there will be something for their characters to do. The game is going to be 50/50 role play/combat at first, but depending on how our adventurers play, this is subject to change.

About the World.
The Forsaken Province is a land of magic and mayhem, where stories aren't always told in the way you might be used to. The heroes don't always win, the villains aren't always what they seem to be, and happily ever after is long sought after yet always so far away. The land is split into Nine Lands, each ruled by who in our world are known as the villains of their stories. They banded together long ago to tear themselves from their stories, along with the other inhabitants, to create a world that they ruled over. They stripped people of their identities, banned magic, and cut the world into chunks for each villain to rule. For a while things were fine. Each villain with their land to rule and people to control there was peace. Until, as all villains do, they began to get greedy. Fighting over land, resources and control. The more effort that was put into fighting each other was less they could put into controlling the world. Heroes started to rise up, magic became more common, and most importantly villains began to lose.
This is where our party begins their story. As the world teeters on the balance of good and evil, it is their job to decide which way it falls. Players in this story can play anything their imagination comes up with. Play that fairy tale prince or princess your inner child has always wanted. The knight in shining armor, who may not be so bright but loves his friends. Get your Mad Hatter on or even a character out to end a curse on their name. Anything your heart desires. I am sure we can find something to make this game your happily ever after.
The Forsaken Province is something inspired by the TV show "Once upon a time." and all the fairy tales I grew up reading and watching. I had this idea a while back and the world has already exploded to life! I want to allow the players to help build a fantastical world with a rich variety in player characters. I have allowed everything from Mimic wizards to even wild magic warforged that used to be a powerful sorcerer, so know I am open to any crazy character concepts you might have. Especially with this new world. I really want to allow the players to raise their creative flag and let it fly.

I understand that paying money to play this game can sometimes be off putting. But when you consider the man hours I put into creating an immersive campaign story for you to play, D&Dbeyond content, as well as other purchases I make to run a great campaign, it is almost nothing to pay for the numerous hours of enjoyment that you will receive in return. It not only assures my level of commitment but the other players as well. If you are concerned at all about my quality as a Dungeon Master I have 23 players currently paying for my games, and dozens more, that I have played with in the past, who would vouch for my ability.
