Hello! We’re a group of four players who recently met through the Altrole public D&D server on Discord. We are looking for a DM for a beginner-friendly online one-shot so we can introduce our new players to the game and get to know each other as players better. We are hoping to do a longer-term campaign once everyone is settled in. If you vibe with our group, we would love to play with you some more in more one-shots or campaigns.
Our group would like to experience a good mix of RP, combat, and exploration. We love story-focused games with meaningful character interactions and a blend of silly and serious moments. We would like to do a traditional high fantasy-themed setting, but we are open to just about anything. If you're interested, please tell us a little bit about your one-shot so we can make sure it will be a good fit!
By the way, I'm Gigi (pronouns: she/her/hers)! I'm 23 y/o, and I'm an English master's student in the Midwest USA. I have been playing in occasional one-shots and short modules since late 2019, and I found my passion for playing consistently in campaigns early 2023. I love that TTRPGs give me the chance to live out stories through collaboration and play. TTRPGs (especially the roleplay aspect of them) are my break from my busy life of researching and teaching. My new friends and I can't wait to experience your amazing story.
