About the campaign:
An ambitious, rough-around-the-edges dwarf, Gundren Rockseeker, and his two brothers acquire the only map leading to the long-lost magical forge. Their intentions are to restore this ancient wonder to its former glory. You are contracted to escort necessities for the trio of dwarves, better known as the Rockseeker Brothers. Your adventuring party will form in the bustling city of Neverwinter, then journey to the small frontier town of Phandalin. Both the villagers and miners are grossly dissatisfied with the authority's disregard for their needs. This leads to the Lords Alliance appointing a new peacekeeper, Sildar Hallwinter, to deal with the consequential lawlessness boiling over. The most recent updates allude to dragon sightings in the nearby Sword Mountains, where the majority of ores are mined. Regardless of Phandalin’s current situation, the brothers are passionate about the claim they hold, where the map illustrates the magical forge.
What does the road ahead of you have in store? This is a place with opportunities where you can create renown for the party. With the outskirts abounding with roaming orcs and goblin folk, Phandalin is rife with opportunity for a hardy party's intrigue. How you proceed is completely up to you. The quests you take and alliances you forge will determine not only your own stories, but the village’s as well. Will the struggles of a newly repopulated frontier town be in vain? Or will the glory of your team prevail to turn the tide and help these people grow?
