I'll be running the session 0 for a slightly modified version of the short campaign from the starter set "Dragons of Stormwreck Isle" this friday.
The story will be focused around the mountainous Isle, which's origin has roots in the legendary animosity between metallic and chromatic dragons. Long ago, a group of 3 metallic dragons joined forces to battle a red-dragon, Sharruth, and imprison her beneath the ocean floor, but Sharrut's fury could not be quenched, causing the undersea volcanic activity to form the Isle. The powerful magic embodied into into it from formation has since drawn countless dragons, who used the Isle as their battleground for centuries, leaving more and more spiritual scars, overlapping on top of each other.
