I am a DM looking to run a homebrew Monster Hunter Campaign with at least 4 players based on the game by the same title. It will utilize some of the rules found in the Monster Hunter Monster Monster Manual (here) but not all of them so even players unfamiliar with the module can join quickly. The game will be played on Foundry VTT. The theme of the campaign is "Monster Hunting" so the campaign's main focus is a lighthearted story with a heavy focus on intense creature fights. That being said, the party's objective is to successfully build a new settlement in a harsh environment. That means that there will be ample opportunities for players who want to become more invested in political aspects of the world to find something to work towards in between hunts.
