Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Experience: Any! New players absolutely welcome! Timezone: Online Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time Roles sought: 4 to 6 players Game style: A good balance between combat and roleplay with lean based on player preference and module run Paid: $20 usd per player per session (Paid through Start Playing Games)
About me and the game Hey there! My names Jordan, I'm a lover of tabletop roleplaying games both in person and online. I've been DMing for going on a decade now and love every little bit of it. I try to bring a fun and goofy environment with plenty of room for serious when the mood calls for it. I love to take a players backstory and twist the story to accommodate and intertwine the two. Nothing I enjoy more than a player getting to be surprised and excited about stuff they came up with getting involved with the entire group and the parties plans.
The difference you'll be getting with a paid game is one that I put a lot of time into to ensure that you are receiving a product worth what you're paying for it. This is an investment for you and for me, and I'm committed to an entire campaign. Paying this fee gets you into the game with other players who have also paid to be here, the idea being that players willing to pay for a game won't bail out randomly and the game has a better chance of surviving all the way through. It's never fun to start and not finish, and I'm sure most of us have had this issue at least once right? We will be playing on discord (microphone required!) and Roll20. Payment is hosted through Start Playing Games where you can find a little bit more information as well! https://startplaying.games/gm/mrjordan
I have four different modules that I am familiar with and I'm advertising each of them with the idea that whatever gets an interested somebody first is what will get played and I'll close the rest in that time slot. Have a slot on both Wednesday and Thursday, both at 8:30 pm EST, but could run it back a bit if needed, my schedule is pretty open after that time. All of these modules are ones I've put a lot of work into to enhance and improve on the original text. If you're interested or have any questions feel free to shoot me a message, I'd love to have ya!
Tyranny of Dragons! A village in flames and a sinister cult with mysterious motives to blame! Face down the Cult of the Dragon and their draconic allies to uncover what plans they're hatching, for the fate of the Sword Coast will depend on it! Will your hero take up arms against these scoundrels?
Curse of Strahd, She is the Ancient! Step into the mysterious realm of Barovia where horror and danger lie around every corner! Uncover the secrets of Ravenloft under the ever watchful gaze of the ruler of these lands, the Countess Strahd von Zarovich. Fate has bound you both together, setting you upon a crash course guaranteed to collide in confrontation! Will you survive? Or succumb to the powers of the vampire like so many before you?
Lost Mines of Phandelver! The classic dungeons and dragons adventure module! Whether you've never played the module, never played Dungeons & Dragons, or just wanna replay a fun little adventure, everyone's welcome! Lost Mine of Phandelver follows a group of adventurers that set out the same way most parties do, to do a job and make a little bit of gold. From there things play out in the usual manner as everything goes haywire and the story turns itself upside down!
Tomb of Annihilation! Deep in the jungle of Chuult, magic capable of blocking resurrection and pulling the previously revived back to the grave runs wild. You play as a group of established adventurers tasked with heading in to find the source of this magic, dubbed, the Death Curse. Find it and put a stop to it by any means necessary, the life of an important friend hangs in the balance. Tomb of Annihilation is the deadliest module in 5e. Resurrection magic is disabled, should a character fall, they stay dead. Love your characters, hold them close, but don't get too attached. The jungle spares mercy for none.
Hope to see you in a game, have a wonderful rest of your day!
