Hello there, I am looking to put a group together for Wednesday evenings at 7pm pst. This will be done on discord mostly theater of the mind, with pictures and maps and will also use owlbear when needed.
I have a homebrewed world I have ran before with a anoher group that lasted over a year. I am looking to get back into that world. This particular world is loosely based off of a 90s cartoon called pirates of dark water.
A world of 4 great nations and 1000s of smaller island nations. The rules and mechanics are all 5e with same races and classes. Some tweeks here and there to try and make my world unique. But I'm also a lazy dm and just do the reflavor thing.
I originally meant for this to be more open world where your characters have free will but I might make it a bit more linear at least to start.
I have been running games for over 4 years but have taken a break recently. I lean towards the rule of cool and am pretty loose with my humor. I do my best to keep the "camera" moving and get everyone their time.
I'm hoping for a long running campaign and if things go well I'll look into more vtt stuff for everyone.
