To get straight to the point, we are three players that are looking for a long-term campaign for 5e. Our old table has unfortunately closed, but we're still on the high of wanting to play an in-depth campaign. We are all older. Two of us are in our thirties.
So without further Ado, I would like to list the things we are looking for. These include:
- Experience. We're looking to have a group or a DM that is experienced in the game. Well versed in rules and how the game works.
- interpersonal skills. We want to be able to feel like we can trust trust the table and DM to handle issues that are at the table in a satisfactory way.
- Roleplayability. We actually go pretty hard for role play. We feel like it makes the game come alive.
- rule of cool. We want to feel like we are having a good time. Maybe every once in awhile. We want to feel like we're kind of badasses or just lucky. All within reason of course!
- A DM who is on our side versus one that is against. Don't get me wrong, we understand that things such as challenge are needed at a table, but there are times where it's too much against the feeling of always being told no doesn't make the game fun.
- bonus points if it's Homebrew. We love a homemade game! Or maybe an overhauled one, we just want a long story. We want to feel like we have created another being and we have been through all the trials and tribulations.
So, if you believe that your table or the DM that is up to the task, let us know! We would love to have a little chat with you and we can go from there!
hi hope youre doing well in the near future ill be making a discord server where people battle each other out and climb a tower well being able to open shops with each floor becomes a new challenge for the players to overcome and even meet and enjoy new people once a week time of game if youd like to join message my discord @chubbycat0542
hey guys! I think I fit the style of DM you're looking for and I'm also in my 30s.
My campaigns are all homebrew and I put hundreds of hours into them. Some of them are more established and some of them are more open world so you can help write more of the story from the players role.
I don't have any for Sundays currently but if none of these work let me know and we can work something out, that's not a time I was opposed to
I could be a DM I would just need a month to make the campaign and I can't use discord. Also, I need to know how many people are playing. you would start at level 5 though.
Game: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Online
Experience: a few years / veteran
Location/Timezone: EST (But other two are in different locations. But we use mine since we need a focal point)
Availability: 11 am Sundays at the earliest, 1pm at the latest start time.
Preferred role: Players
Game style: Homebrew world
