This campaign is full homebrew with a story with it (still in progress)! The campaign name atm (PH) Heroes of Legends, basically a name by the name of Dr Albert makes some kind of mix of chemicals that causes power's to appear in people and he's been setting off certain devices throughout the city, and he's making new villains too, so the military unit X-Force is trying to combat the acts of of this villain by trying to make their own heroes!
