Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Experience: a few years / veteran Location/Timezone: Roll20-Discord/ EST Schedule: Bi-weekly Roles sought: Players 2-3 Game style: If you haven't heard of Strahd and his Barovia....Ion man, i dont think you'd live very long if you joined. Dark, gothic, fantasy. Very dark topics as well, so be weary if you're not into that sort of thing.
We're seeking 2-3 players for a Curse of Strahd campaign. You will be joining adrunkard paladinwho is determined to protect a bratty princess bard. To keep everything organized, please fill out the following Google form.
If you complete the form, expect a friend request from chaotic8065 on Discord about this coming Sunday. If the post is removed sooner or you are not contacted after the week, it means the party has already formed.
I apologize for the lengthy document however, its best to be thorough. There will be a little meet and greet once you've been contacted and everyone's available for it. For the vibe-check of course.
Stay safe, and I look forward to seeing your responses soon!
P.S. We're 2 college students and 1 working class person, so we are not too green to scheduling issues. We get it.
Hello, my name is Michael and I've been playing dnd for about 4 or 5 years. I have a deep love for the game and just wanted to reach out and ensure to you that i am exited and eagerly awaiting your message. I already filled out the forum and my discord is palad0586_97765
My brain couldn't decide if I was supposed to only fill out the form, or post here, too. But since I rarely close tabs, and this was still open when I got to work: Hi. I sent in a form. It'd be nice to actually experience Strahd for real and build better memories around it, but if for any reason I end up one of the "chosen ones" do let me know if we're gonna (potentially) die. It's fine with me so long as I know it's an option and set my character expectations accordingly and write backups. I cycled five or six characters through Tomb of Annihilation and got to experience a range of classes. Was a blast, and only once was I a little sad when a character died because the death was incredibly stupid. But the game moves on!
EDIT: Also how long is a session? My current Saturday night game is 3 hours, so that's what I'm expecting. But if it's significantly longer that'll impact availability for commitment. Not many people post session duration here, even though it's a very helpful bit of knowledge.

Hoard the Chaos Cake. Freeze it and eat it slowly over time. Infuse yourself with its power. Become a god.
Thank you for the lovely responses! The post will be closed as we view applications!!
