New to D&D

Hi all,

I'm new to D&D in all ways, but have been enjoying what I've seen and heard. I believe I have a character created. I'm looking to join a game but would need someone who is happy to take me through the basics and essentially teach me how to play. I have Discord and a D&D Beyond account.

The other two players are also competly new so not only would all 3 of u be new it would be a shared learning exprince u have been dming for 2.5 yrs I will be using 2014 5e rules most of the world would be hombrew following rules from.the books along woth classes

I'm just seeing all of the replies.  Friday nights don't work for me because of football games (my kids are in band and color guard).  The Thursday time is right when I have to pick them up from school.  Guess I will have to keep looking.

Hi!! Not sure if any new players on this thread are still looking, or are looking into paid options, but I have several available with lots of flexibility. I do offer a beginner package that does a workshop on how to play and help with character creation, and then goes into a 3 session mini campaign! There are lots of places to go from there, with the same character or a different one. I'm an experienced DM and Storyteller, who runs a ton in mini-campaign format of 4-10 sessions, does all the player matching and assembling, and loves to integrate players into my world. All Homebrew!
