Massive corporations under Big6 release products that grant superhuman abilities, but with dark consequences. Hemodermite turns users into resilient yet ravenous and feral cannibals and they're changing. The backroads are haunted by monsters from legends, cunning and bloodthirsty, preying on lone travelers. New, enigmatic beings with ties to a horrific cosmic event called The Scar emerge, wielding reality-bending powers, mutated flesh, or both. Factions vie and war for control over these creatures and the power they promise. Navigate a world of secrets, betrayal, and shifting alliances.
