The world of Kez is tidally locked. One side always facing the scorching sun, the other locked in the dark and cold. Which has led to some interesting dynamics of who lives where. But people are going missing all throughout the world, and some have started pointing fingers at the most recent Blessed, one of the few who has returned from beyond the grave.
