Are you approaching it as a storytelling game with the dice keeping a predictable/unpredictable balance, or a strategy-and-tactics game as a springboard for storytelling? "Both" is a perfectly valid answer, as are "somewhere in-between" and "it depends on my mood and/or the people I'm playing with," [ETA: "I don't know yet" is also a perfectly reasonable answer and better than pretending to be sure when you're just figuring out what you like] but it can help in finding/assembling a group if you have a sense of what you want. (Or if you don't have a sense of what you want yet, that's also fine -- you'll just want to find a group that's also willing to try things out.)
I do enjoy introducing people into the hobby, and the barrier that was interfering with my last attempt at getting a group together has resolved, but we'd want to make sure we're on the same page (and find a few more people).
Would like to learn how to play
please?
