CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW:
80 years past the Age of Kings, the daughter of the Lost King of Athrist, Princess Kya, is desperate for her father or brothers to return to the kingdom before her coronation ceremony. She's hired people from many different places in order to gather a team to find her family, a team that is cobbled together and therefore difficult to track.
CHARACTER CREATION:
The world this is set in is purely home-brew. The place that most of the campaign will take place in is heavily human dominated, with a healthy dose of racism, but you're by no means restricted in races.
Please avoid place and town names unless stated otherwise, instead provide a brief description of what you're looking for and I'll give you a couple options of towns, or we'll figure something else out.
There is also a religious system with 28 gods that I made myself, so you should have no issues with finding a patron that fits your character. Again, provide a description of your desired domain and I will provide you with options.
Only blanket stipulation is that it has to make sense that the princess asked you to assist her in this issue; she's not gonna ask the Jewelry maker from a tiny town that she's never been to unless you give me some story there.
Characters are to be level 1-3
ADITIONAL INFORMATION:
- I am a story writer, however this is my first foray into being a gamemaster for 5e, previously I have used other systems such as 'Kids on Bikes' or 'Call of Cthulhu'. As such, this is my first attempt at encounter balancing.
- The campaign will be theatre of the mind, at least to start. This may change in the future.
