Group type: Online only
Experience: DM with a few years of experience (Veteran player in multiple editions except 4th, shudder)
Location/Timezone: CST, in the Greater St Louis area, so using this as our "focal point"
Schedule: every other Wednesday, 6-9 CST (the goal)
Roles sought: looking for 4 players, 18 yrs old or older
Game style: I am fairly casual but stick more to the rules-as-written, but have flexed based on situation; I encourage a more balanced style that incorporates all three tiers (exploration, social interaction and combat)
Greetings everyone. I have one player left and am looking to start a new group (my previous Wed group fell apart due to some scheduling conflicts). I like to think I am a decent DM (mostly a player but have branched out to DM'ing again over the past 3 years or so). I am predominantly a PG-13 DM, but can tone down as needed. Looking to start in the new year.
This is not a “pay to play” type of search. I want players to feel relaxed but excited to play. My primary rule is respect for all players (and DM) and am pretty inclusive. I am looking for people who are interested in having fun and encourage a good narrative story, that we showcase together. I don’t mind if you are experienced or are a brand-new player.
Looking to build a group first and run a pre-established adventure. I have a lot of options to play Then, based on how things work out, look to start a campaign. Character options would be from most of the core D&D books (PHB, XGtE, TCoE), but will count some stuff from DND Beyond (like Critical Role). I use Roll20 for digital maps, with Discord for Audio.
Basic non-negotiable rules to play:
- We have fun (this is a game)
- We respect all people at the virtual table.
I do stick to an "interview" process of sorts but it does give you an opportunity to interview me as well. We all have to be a good fit for each other. If interested, please DM me with any questions you may have.

Hello there. I'm PST and that time works awesome for me. I'm a semi-veteran player though I've been immersed in various D&D or D&D-adjacent ttrpg stuff for almost 2 decades. It is important to know upfront that I use they/them pronouns and am audhd which just means my processing time may be a little slower and sometimes communication is goofy but I've never had problems with anyone nor have they had problems with me....at the table anyway. :) I'm also available by DM here, or on discord at darkneverland87. One thing though, which pre-established adventure were you thinking? Or is that up for talk during a session 0?
edit: I am in an European time-zone, but I am free to adjust my time schedule to fit a game at nearly any time / day, though sudden changes might prove a challenge. I've played dnd for 5-ish years, 5th edition.
