This campaign is all about creating fun characters and living out your power fantasy as a gun baring, sword wielding, fancy fruit eating pirate!  The party will travel from island to island experiencing loads of new things along the way as you all work together to reach your personal and collective goals. Develop your pirate and their reputation; Work on your ship and transform it into your own portable dream home; Change how the world looks at pirates as you prove they're not all evil.

This game is welcome to ANYONE regardless of experience, gender, race, sexuality, whatever. I try to keep a table that's fun for everyone at all times, without any risk of judgement. I do lots of voices and will surely make of a fool of myself so please feel free to RP your heart out. I have a lot of experience with new players and am more than happy to teach anyone and provide a great first experience to Dungeons & Dragon 5e! 

World Overview

• Vearth is a planet covered 75%-80% in water with thousands of islands coming in all shapes and sizes. The islands vary wildly from place to place (some areas more than others) and cover a massive array of landscapes and biomes. You’ll meet a wide range of people varying in shape, size and moral standing regardless of your chosen destination!
  
  The strongest political power in the world is called the World Government. They have been in power for roughly 400 years and are a society of nobility who descend from the original founders of the organization. They keep the peace in ways that suit their own needs and are notorious for destroying anyone who gets in their way.
  
  A crew of ragtag adventurers will band together, chosen by fate and convenient timing, to stand up against the World Government (probably) in hopes of attaining fame and fortune!
  
  ... and maybe one of those priceless Devil Fruits.
  
  
  
• In a world where martial prowess reigns supreme, some gather power through other means. Mysterious fruits litter the land of Vearth, and when eaten grant the wielder otherworldly magical powers. Those without these powers typically seek them out, or focus their efforts on training their body and natural senses. A rare, select few are born with the innate drive to take what their after no matter the cost.

Character Creation

• Characters will start at level 3 and we'll roll for stats on session 0.
• As this is loosely based in the One Piece world, it is a magic-lite setting. Meaning no full casters, and half casters will have restricted spell lists. Most of the magic in the world comes from other sources and there's tons of opportunities to get stronger! (Don't worry there's still plenty of magic items to have fun with)
• Every player will have the opportunity to choose or create a Martial Archetype at the beginning of the game to supplement the lack of magic.
• I ask that you create a basic backstory for your character, and their dream. Give them a reason to want/need to head out to sea to achieve some type of grand goal (You've always dreamed of riding the biggest fish in the world; Your uncle is dying from a rare disease, and only a legendary medicine can save him; etc).
• Your character will start on a medium sized island in the west blue known as Kano. Your characters live in the city of Kozia right now, but how they got there or how they started is completely up to you. No races are restricted but some have been altered to better fit the theme of the world.

• Weekly campaign, every Wednesday morning at 12PM EST
